Antique Corner Basin JL Mott

Antique corner basin by the New York firm JL Mott. On the back of the basin you can find the firm logo and the year of production, 1899! Originally this basin was placed on a single leg which unfortunately got broken. A part of the original leg still remains and could be reproduced in wood. This corner basin is a unique piece, the sanitary appliances of JL Mott are true collectors items in the USA and are very rare in Europe. This basin comes from a French chateau in the Corrèze.
