Return policy
Items that have been accepted can only be returned if:
- It does not concern an item that has been especially ordered for the client. If this is the case this will be indicated in the confirmation of your order by Affaire d'Eau.
- The item has not been used or opened.
- The item can be returned in its original and undamaged wrapping.
- The item itself has not been damaged or is incomplete.
If this is the case and our terms & conditions are met,
then you can contact Affaire d'Eau by mail.
- Affaire d'Eau will send you a confirmation of your request of returning the item.
- You need to return the item to Affaire d'Eau on your own expenses.
- Affaire d'Eau will confirm receiving the item you returned.
- Affaire d'Eau will exchange the item for a new one or will refund the money payed by the client within 10 days or will solve the problem in another way as agreed. The shipping expenses of an exchanged item are for Affaire d'Eau.
