Products received kan only be exchanged when:
1. The article is returned in its original and undammaged packaging.
2. The product itself is not damaged or incomplete.
If the above requirements are met and our term & conditions are applied you can contact Affaire d'Eau trough the mail.
1. Affaire d'Eau will confirm your request.
2. You need to return the product at your own costs to Affaire d'Eau.
3. Affaire d'Eau will confirm the receiving of the parcel.
4. Affaire d'Eau will exchange the product if in stock and pay for the shipping or will refund you the amount payed within 10 days unless otherwise agreed between parties.
